Continuous Improvement Project Manager – Lisbon (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support business lines in the development, expansion, and growth of their activities by ensuring end-to-end value chain design addresses:
o Process expertise
o Operational efficiency (automation, process design, optimization)
o Financial security and compliance (payment transparency, sanctions, group policies)
• Act as a Lean and Project Management subject matter expert for teams and stakeholders.
• Coach individuals and teams on Lean ways of working and continuous improvement practices.
• Lead and manage large-scale improvement and transformation projects.
• Perform workflow and process analysis to identify key bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Work with relevant teams and stakeholders to remove or reduce impediments and ensure smooth workflow.
• Drive the adoption of Lean standards while ensuring alignment with established project methodologies.
• Report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to project and program leadership and governance committees, as required.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to influence decision-making and ensure progress toward delivery and benefits realization.
• Promote and embed a continuous improvement mindset and culture across the organization.
• Participate in business and stakeholder meetings as required.
• Lead teams to meet performance targets aligned with strategic and operational objectives.

What we are looking for
Hard Skills:

Mandatory
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in continuous improvement, Lean transformation, and project management roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience leading Lean and process improvement initiatives, including non-technical improvement projects.
• Strong project management background with experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Lean methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in workflow analysis, process design, automation, and operational optimization.
• Ability to assess operational and financial risk considerations within end-to-end value chains.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and recommendations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills when working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven mindset with a high sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage large workloads and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and effective collaborator across diverse teams and cultures.
• International exposure or experience working in global environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Olympic Core Banking Support Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for:
Hard skills:
• Total 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Total 2+ years of in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
• With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support)
• AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
• Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
• Olympic / Midas knowledge
